Build and maintain high performing ETL processes and Data Marts, including data quality and testing aligned across technology, internal reporting and other functional teamsExperience in automation of code deployment across multiple platformsStrong knowledge in Linux Shell Commands and Linux environments (RHEL 6/7, RHCSA/RHCE, CentOS)Experience developing fully automated standardized data solutions at scale with monitoring tools and data quality checkpointsLeverage DevOps to create end-to-end streamline CI/CD data pipelines and workflow orchestration in agile teamsAbility to articulate complex architectures to non-technical audiences, management, and leadershipExplore siloed, intricate and non-documented ecosystem to identify and map potential new data sources within and outside VisaArticulate and negotiate access to different data sources and systems to build a comprehensive Marketing Data MartNavigate theContinuously research industry best practices and technologies to develop, improve and innovate Visa data engineering capabilitiesEvangelize consumer centric solutions and data driven culture through internal training, documentation and by leading sharing sessions across the organizationEngage, collaborate, and become a trusted partner of the hub and market teams to identify and address consumer needsPartner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., Products, Technology, Innovation, Merchants, Marketing) and across global and regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.This is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with a BA/BS required, MBA or other relevant Master’s degree preferred (e.g. engineering, computer science, computer engineering, applied mathematics, or other related fields)
