Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative data products while leading a team of 3-4 engineers aligned to a specific Product Service Line (PSL). This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership, including project planning, mentoring, and code reviews. Duties: * Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into actionable data solutions, champion data-driven decision-making, and design scalable ETL pipelines using Azure technologies, PySpark, Python, and SQL * Leveraging Databricks for advanced analytics, you will also perform exploratory data analysis and build insightful visualizations * As a data product owner, you will ensure datasets are accurate, reusable, and accessible, while maintaining Power BI dashboards for diverse stakeholders * Additionally, you will stay ahead of emerging technologies, influence architectural decisions, and help shape the long-term data platform strategy
