The Role:

Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architect and optimize data lakes and data warehouses using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, and more Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts to deliver data infrastructure that fuels innovation Implement data governance, quality, and security standards to ensure integrity and compliance Automate workflows, build monitoring systems, and help establish best-in-class engineering practices Communicate complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling way to business stakeholders

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong hands-on GCP expertise Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing Proficient in SQL, and familiar with NoSQL databases Skilled in Python, Java, or Scala for data pipeline development Experienced with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub Exposure to Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and other big data technologies Strong communication skills—able to translate complex ideas to a non-technical audience GCP certifications (especially Professional Data Engineer) are a big plus!
