The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL, Spark, Python, and AWS data integration technologies, with a proven ability to build and optimize scalable data pipelines. The successful candidate should be comfortable collaborating across teams, debugging complex workflows, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. **Required technical and professional expertise** Strong knowledge of SQL, Spark, and Python Proficiency with AWS data services (Glue, Athena, Redshift) Experience developing and testing scalable data pipelines Ability to analyze, debug, and tune pipeline performance Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture concepts **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with cloud-based data engineering solutions and best practices * Knowledge of functional and automated testing frameworks for data workflows * Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for data workloads * Understanding of CI/CD practices and automation in data engineering environments IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
