We structure our partnerships to promote true collaboration and best-in-class work across our agencies. **Overview** **The transformation you will experience.** As a Data Engineer for our PMX Product, you will be at the forefront of our data operations, accountable for architecting and maintaining a sophisticated data ecosystem that fuels product innovation and enhances business performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of diverse data sources into a comprehensive framework that assists our strategic objectives. Analysing data sets and producing credible insights as a source of truth. Your scope will include: + Data Integration: Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners to seamlessly integrate diverse data sources into a unified framework, enhancing the PMX Product's capabilities. + Pipeline Development: Work closely with our product technology partners to develop and improve scalable data pipelines. Ensure real-time data processing, collection, and accuracy of campaign data for timely solution-making. + Data Quality Assurance: Implement robust data quality controls and monitoring systems to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data feeding into the PMX Product, ensuring reliability and accurateness. + Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse and manipulate large data sets to extract meaningful insights. Provide actionable recommendations that inform product strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. + Predictive Modelling: Build and refine predictive models and algorithms to enhance targeting precision and overall product performance, driving effectiveness and efficiency. + Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, detailing the progress and impact of data-driven initiatives on the PMX product and overarching business objectives. + Collaboration for Solution Design: Partner with Media Intelligence teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that emphasize advertising effectiveness and accelerate PMX product innovation. + Data Integration Efficiency: Measure the percentage of successful data integrations completed within the specified timeframe. + Pipeline Performance: Assess the uptime and reliability of data pipelines, aiming for a target percentage + Data Quality: Evaluate the accuracy and integrity of data entering the PMX Product. + Insight Generation: Measure the number of actionable insights generated from data analysis per reporting period and evaluate the impact of these insights on campaign performance or solution-making processes. + Predictive Model Effectiveness: Track the accuracy and precision of predictive models and algorithms developed and measure improvements in targeting effectiveness and campaign performance attributable to these models. + Innovation: Measure the implementation rate of innovative, data-driven solutions in the PMX Product. **What type of person will be successful in this role** · Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a related field. · Strong experience in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. · Experience with developing and improving data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar. · Familiarity with data quality frameworks and monitoring systems. · Experience in building predictive models and using machine learning algorithms. · Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to convey convoluted concepts to stakeholders at all levels. · Advertising/Marketing agency experience is an advantage, but not mandatory \#LI-DS1 **Additional information** Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
