As a Data Engineer in our team, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You’ll work with a wide range of tools and technologies across DWH, BI, and ML platforms, collaborating with global teams to support data-driven decision-making. Our Data Engineers are focused on improving the process of identifying valuable critical data, collecting, structuring, and utilizing data to create comprehensive analytics to support different aspects of our business streams. Our team is developing insights used in various scenarios with a curious and business-driven mindset. We work on understanding customer satisfaction, defining and tracking key business metrics, and informing the future roadmap for data-driven decision-making that will push our company to the edge of innovation. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

Analyze stakeholder requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.Design and implement cloud-based data pipelines and DataMarts for key business areas (e.g., Customer 360, profitability, sales).Develop, test, and optimize ETL processes and ensure seamless integration across analytics tools.Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineers to deliver timely and reliable insights.Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support internal and external stakeholders.Document technical processes and ensure alignment with data governance standards.Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality across systems.

More about you:

3+ years of experience in DWH/BI, ETL development, and SQL/PLSQL/TSQL.Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, SAS DI Studio).Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data architecture.Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hive, Kafka) and general-purpose languages (Python, R).Experience with REST APIs and JSON data sources is a plus.
