You'll work with a diverse global team of Database Engineers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to help Pega’s evolving Data and Analytics strategies. **What You'll Do at Pega:** + Build and maintain data pipelines for reporting and analytics. + Integrate new data sources with Pega Cloud Data Lake. + Support the FinOps group with data and processes for cost, margin, and financial reporting. + Design and integrate scalable data services solutions for Pega’s Data Warehouse using dimensional modeling. + Assist the Data Science team in creating automated models and analyses. **Who You Are:** + Skilled in Python, with experience using libraries like pandas, NumPy, PySpark and Boto3. + Proficient in SQL. + Experienced with AWS, particularly in building cloud pipelines. + Passionate about data. + Adaptable to new challenges. + A team player who can also work independently to solve technical problems. + Comfortable collaborating with others to achieve shared goals. **What You've Accomplished:** + 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles. + 2+ years of experience with Python or another programming language. + Ability to create complete data pipelines. + Experience building solutions using AWS services like Lambda, S3, ECS, Athena, and Glue. + Familiarity with GCP and other cloud providers is desired. + Experience building solutions with Databricks or other cloud-native data platforms (such as BigQuery or Snowflake) is preferred. **Pega Offers You:** + A highly collaborative environment for designing and development of new ideas and features. + A culture where employees engage deeply, own outcomes and lead from the front. + Continuous learning and career opportunities – internal and external training opportunities, area for own initiatives, Rotation Program.
