You’ll architect scalable pipelines, champion high-quality data delivery, and help lay the foundation for AI-driven insights by harnessing the full power of the Microsoft ecosystem—including Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Purview. Beyond implementation, you’ll mentor others and promote a culture of modern data craftsmanship that fuels operational intelligence and predictive analytics.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Azure toolsDeveloping and automating robust ETL/ELT processes for AI-ready datasetsTranslating business and technical requirements into advanced data modelsEngineering high-performance database schemas using Microsoft SQL and Fabric LakehousesMigrating and transforming data across enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and DynamicsCollaborating with data architects, analysts, and AI engineers to power analytics workflowsConducting rigorous data validation, quality checks, and integration testingDocumenting pipeline architectures, transformations, and migration processesEnabling compliance and governance with metadata management in Microsoft PurviewAutomating data operations through scripting and orchestration best practicesCoaching cross-functional teams on modern engineering tools and methodologies

What you’ll bring along

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldPreferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate or Fabric Analytics EngineerAdditional certifications in data engineering platforms and tools (a plus)Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing and maintaining enterprise-scale data solutions in AzureExtensive ETL/ELT automation experience for AI/ML workloadsProficiency in pipeline scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) and cloud migrationTrack record integrating complex data sources and ensuring quality deliveryFamiliarity with big data tools within Azure (Hadoop, Spark) and reporting platforms like Power BIDemonstrated impact mentoring teams and driving readiness for AI-driven analyticsExpert-level skills in Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Power QueryDeep knowledge of lakehouse architectures, data modeling, and ETL/ELT principlesHands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, and Spark/Dataflow languagesProven ability to design both logical and physical models for analytics and AIFamiliarity with data governance and lineage tracking via Microsoft PurviewStrong experience integrating data from sources like Azure SQL, SAP, and OracleBackground in scaling real-time and batch data solutions for high-volume systemsEffective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsPassion for mentoring peers and advancing data engineering practicesExcellent command of both spoken and written English Document .style{ width:930px;padding:15px;}.font-text{ font-family: customfaa3f6eee6874329a13ae; font-size: 16px; font-type:ttf; font-style: Medium;}
