Data Engineer (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for a passionate Data Engineer to join our growing team at Eviden. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights by designing and optimizing scalable, production-grade data pipelines. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across disciplines to solve complex data challenges using modern open-source technologies and cloud platforms. Our Tech Stack: languages & tools(Python, SQL, Pandas, PySpark, Databricks), cloud platforms: (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)), data sources: (Web analytics, call center logs, IoT data, segmentation models, etc.).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines Solve complex data challenges using Python and SQL Work with large datasets from diverse industries (e.g., banking, manufacturing, pharma, e-commerce) Collaborate in small, agile teams (2–5 people) alongside data scientists, analysts, and product managers Contribute to the development of AI-powered, cloud-based solutions

 

Job requirements

Educational background in a relevant field Solid experience with Python and SQL, Databricks Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a strong advantage Interest in building robust data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a team of skilled professionals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English
