We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join GCR Tech team, focusing on enabling data-driven business operations and decision-making. In this role, you will build robust platforms and tools that enhance service reliability while improving customer experience in accessing and utilizing data. You will leverage AI technologies to unlock the full potential of data for business insights and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work directly with field sales teams to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will be responsible for building end-to-end data pipelines, implementing AI-powered analytics, and creating self-service tools that empower business users to make data-driven decisions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for sales operations and customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with global teams to enable reliable data for GCR business operations while following strict security compliance requirements, and build data foundation for GCR users to self-service for their use cases
- Build and enhance data platforms to support end users to easily and securely access data and insights by leveraging AI, AWS services, and open source services
- Collaborate with product managers and SDE team members to design and implement data products that meet business requirements and deliver measurable value
- Implement robust data quality monitoring, validation frameworks, and governance practices while optimizing compute solutions for performance and cost efficiency
