Job Description

We’re looking for a Data Engineer with the ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design data structures that support effective reporting and business insightsImplement ETL processes using SSIS, SSAS, and stored procedures/jobsSupport Power BI dashboards with a focus on tabular modelsManage a team of 5 people: task distribution, quality control, and delivery timelinesHandle backlog planning, prioritization, and progress monitoring

Qualifications

Solid experience as a Data Engineer or BI Developer

Strong knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, and Microsoft SQL Server

Experience designing reporting/data warehouse solutions

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and a delivery-oriented mindset
