At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Data Domain Manager (on Risk, Fleet and Finance Domain) .  

As our new Data Domain Manager, you will be part of the Data Management team playing an essential role to monitor and secure the quality of critical data of the organization.  

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Paris Office.

 
What are you going to do?
In this position you are going to be responsible for  

Managing/coordinating the documentation and the quality of the data in your area on the behalf of the Data Owners.

Facilitating the process of defining the criticality level of the data in collaboration with the data Owners.

Defining and implementing  data quality controls in agreement with the data producers, based on the data quality requirements provided by the data owners.

Facilitate the process of setting data quality thresholds, defining escalation processes with the data producers and ensure that the thresholds and escalation processes are implemented.

Organizing workshops to monitor the execution of remediation plans.

Set up dashboards to measure data quality and communicate key data quality indicators at different level of the organization.

Ensure that Data Quality controls on critical data elements are implemented at Ayvens local entities.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
 

You have 3+ years in a Data Management organization

Good knowledge of the Data management and data life cycle

You have strong communication, stakeholder and change management skills

Good understanding of regulations

Strong Analytical skills 

English : Fluent written and spoken

Experience in Collibra/ Ataccama is good to have
