Data Domain Lead - Advanced Level
**Job Title: Data Domain Lead** **Location: Spring TX (On Site)** **Duration: 12 Months Contract** **Rate: $75/hr. on W2** **About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management and Operations III – Advanced professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and supporting data practices and processes that deliver high-quality, business-ready data. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data engineering, modeling, and analytics, and play a key role in enabling business users to derive value from data quickly and effectively. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and mentor teams in creating and improving data operations processes and best practices. + Serve as SME in: + SQL Data Modeling (ER Studio) + Data Engineering & Integration + Tableau and Power BI dashboard design and development + Ensure digital solutions (SQL models, analytics dashboards, ETL pipelines) adhere to industry best practices and internal standards. + Understand and work with SAP/ERP data structures, especially in Finance, Cost Controlling, Project Systems, and Material Management. + Maintain and protect intellectual property of models and jobs, ensuring technical documentation is current and meaningful. + Deeply understand E&PS business processes including Project & Portfolio Planning, Space Planning, Utilization, and Stewardship. + Harmonize data across the organization and implement best practices to maintain data integrity. + Build and manage data hierarchies, meta/reference data, and reporting structures. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Planning, Strategy, and Operations to identify data gaps and opportunities. + Participate in Agile-based project implementations. + Apply process knowledge in Space Management, Budgeting, Capital and Operating Expense Models, and Projects. + Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. + Deliver high-quality work products with analytical soundness and completeness. + Apply sound business judgment and make timely decisions. + Adhere to Clients Control Policies & Procedures including OIMS, CIMS, and BBS programs. **Required Qualifications** ⦁ Proven expertise in: + SQL + SAP/ERP Systems (Finance, Cost Accounting, Project Systems) + Data Modeling, Analytics, and Systems Integration ⦁ Experience with ER Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and ETL tools. ⦁ Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts. ⦁ Familiarity with Agile methodologies. ⦁ Excellent documentation and communication skills. ⦁ Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
