Job Description

We are growing and looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.

Position Objective

Analyze customer behavioral data and develop segmentations, models and personalized communication strategies to optimize the experience, increase loyalty and detonate customer value. This profile combines technical skills (data, modeling, automation) with a business vision, oriented to evolve towards a more strategic role in commercial decision making.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain customer segmentations based on behavior, value, product affinity, risk, among others.Extract, clean and analyze customer databases to generate actionable insights.Create dashboards, reports and models to identify commercial opportunities, trends and risks.Collaborate with product, analytics and marketing areas to define audiences, business rules and personalization criteria.Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns: engagement, conversion, retention, up-sell and cross-sell.Participate in automation processes, configuration of journeys and definition of triggers based on data.Propose strategies based on data findings to influence commercial and product decisions.

QualificationsAdvanced Excel, intermediate or advanced SQL, intermediate or advanced Python.Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).Knowledge of customer analytics, cohorts, RFM models, churn, lifetime value.CRM/CDP platform management (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe Campaign, SAP Emarsys).Ability to structure data, synthesize insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.Conversational English.

Desirable:

Notions of statistics, predictive models or machine learning.Experience in retail, fintech or financial products companies.Familiarity with ETL or Python/R tools for more robust analytics.Product / business mindset and skills to evolve into commercial strategy roles.
