Job Description
We are seeking a Document SW Coordinator for a short-term project to manage and organize documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project-related documents are accurately created, stored, and maintained, facilitating smooth communication among team members.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing a process framework to organize documents in a manner that best serves the needs of the organization.Ensure proper coding and categorization for all documents.Revise documents to prepare them for submission to official document storage systems.Manage the approval process to ensure all documents are released in the correct format.Review documents for accuracy and compliance per direction of team members.Maintain quality and ensure documents are stored in the proper location.Work closely with project team members to gather and prepare necessary documentation.Facilitate communication to ensure timely updates and distribution of documents.Assist in the development of documentation templates as needed.Support document migration by cutting and pasting content into the new format.Stay organized while managing a high volume of documents.Learn and use new software systems to complete uploads and updates.Communicate effectively with process owners primarily via email and phone.Collaborate with global teams in Burnsville, China, and Germany.Track and implement changes using Microsoft tools.Essential SkillsStrong skills in data analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience in vendor management.Expertise in document and data management.Ability to coordinate documentation changes.Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.Strong computer skills.Ability to accept and manage tracked changes.Comfortable with email and phone communication and coordination.Capable of understanding process documentation and workflows.Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with document management systems such as Docupedia and QSI systems.Ability to collaborate with global teams.Experience in engineering and quality control environments.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
