The Data Coordinator will receive guidance and direction from the Manager of Data Compliance, and will assist in coordinating data collection and reporting activities for our Rape Treatment Center and Stuart House.
Responsibilities include:
Manages department relational databases and electronic recordkeeping systems. Updates records and extracts data from highly sensitive records. Analyses data and highly confidential information. Generates custom and “canned” queries and reports. Reviews entries in the UCLA Health System’s electronic record keeping system. Interfaces with department managers and software developers/Vendors. Manages implementation of new electronic systems (databases, electronic recordkeeping) Trains staff and new hires in Department data programs/systems and serves as a resource and trouble- shooter. Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $32.95 – $67.53 Hourly. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $32.95 – $40.00 Hourly.
