Part Time Data Collection Associate

Hours: 5pm - 9pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) | Pay: $22/hr. | Can Gain Excellent Experience

Job Description

The Data Collection Associate will conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. This role involves accurately recording and documenting audit findings, performing thorough documentation including filing, data entry, and report preparation. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, collaborating with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects, and adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

ResponsibilitiesConduct sample collection and perform manual audits.Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Record and document audit findings accurately and promptly.Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma minimum (associates or bachelor's degree preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteGood communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience in a similar role is a plus but not requiredWork Environment

This is a part-time role with a rotating schedule (2-2-3-2), averaging 28 hours per week. The work environment emphasizes hygiene and safety, requiring adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
