Job Description Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Insight Global is looking to hire Data Center Technicians for a Fortune 100 client in the tech industry. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring software to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. You will remove network cables as part of a datacenter decommission, as well as run/label/stage Power & Networking Cables. These folks with follow procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment with guidance from Datacenter Technician Leads. They will also prepare, stage, set up, and perform basic startups and shutdowns for hardware following written instructions, checklists, guides, standard procedures, and with guidance from Datacenter Technician Leads, as well as perform physical audits of datacenter assets.
