What You’ll be doing 

As a CHS Data Center support technician, you will play a key role in maintaining infrastructure integrity and availability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Ticketing & Communication

Coordinate with OCI service owners and cross-functional teams via Oracle’s internal ticketing system Ensure timely and accurate updates on tasks and incidents

Logistics & Inventory Support

Perform rack scanning, cycle counts, and parts audits Manage RMA processing and hardware parts transfers Handle shipping and receiving for parts and equipment

Operational & Onsite Support

Support hardware installations with white-glove delivery and escort duties Provide logistical support for onsite hardware activities Enforce asset tagging and physical inventory procedures Will support multiple sites and requires local travel in Chicagoland area
