Key Responsibilities: Hardware Installation & Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, network equipment, and other hardware components in the data center. Perform regular hardware inspections, upgrades, and replacements. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Quickly identify and resolve hardware and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot a variety of systems, including server infrastructure, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs). Network Support:
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connections, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal data flow. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other teams (Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Operations Managers) to coordinate installations, upgrades, and problem resolution. Communicate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Safety & Compliance:
Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
