Data Center Technical Program Manager

**Position Profile**
The data center industry is rapidly changing, and we are leading the way to drive technological innovation at the physical layer! As the Technical Program Manager, you will work across our key internal stakeholders driving unified solutions across the Data Center segment. You will work across multiple disciplines to coordinate and drive internal innovation while collaborating directly with some of our largest customers.
+ Lead and Monitor data center design projects from initiation through delivery with a focus on Fiber Optics, electrical systems, mechanical cooling, controls, and liquid cooling.
+ Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
+ Collaborate across the enterprise with internal teams including development, support, and QA, to design, test, and refine edge cloud solutions.
+ Lead system analysts and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
+ Partner with third-party vendors to certify and integrate applications with Eaton technology, ensuring interoperability and adherence to Eaton standards.
+ Drive the development and implementation process of a new/existing products and solutions involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
**Qualifications/Experience.**
+ Extensive knowledge/experience with electrical/mechanical systems, controls, power and physical layer solutions
+ Experience working within a Data Center physical environment leading complex programs at scale.
+ 10+ years’ experience delivering continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and scalability.
+ Demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency, using data driven decision-making and process standardization resulting in positive measurable outcomes.
+ Experience with Product Design or Product Management with a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Microsoft Office Suite is required.
+ DMAIC experience for process improvement
+ Demonstrated success working across boundaries in a global matrix organization driving collaboration between business groups.
+ Executive level communication capabilities, with ability to clearly articulate abstract ideas.
+ Proactive, consistently takes initiative, with excellent time management skills
+ Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50%

The expected range for this role is: $158,249.97 - $232,099.96. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
