**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will assist with engineering operations alongside a team of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Review work orders and resolve issues.
+ Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
+ Work with management to implement and manage annual preventative maintenance (PM) master for applicable trades.
+ Manage and monitor all COI & Escort Requests and communicate with appropriate suppliers.
+ Manage and review vendor quotes, ensuring timely receipt and execution of quotes to support project planning and execution.
+ Review and quality check all completed work to ensure all required deliverables (photos, reports, invoices) meet client and contractual expectations, and address any deficiencies.
+ During quality control checks, review for work found on PM opportunities and record asset information.
+ Manage client and vendor communication with little to no supervision and escalate when necessary.
+ Review and manage reports related to the account, ensuring all equipment, location, and access details are accurate and up to date.
**What You’ll Need:**
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
