**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
+ 5 years of experience co-ordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project based work and tasks.
+ Experience in an environment that is dependent on systems and technology while managing a contracted workforce on a daily basis.
+ Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree.
+ Experience in managing a contracted workforce.
+ Familiarity with Google applications.
+ Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management.
+ Knowledge of current security technology including access control and CCTV.

As a Data Center Security Manager, you will lead small to medium initiatives, using your expertise in security technology and data analysis to deliver projects and influence their direction. You will contribute to cross-team collaborations, recommend creative solutions to problems, and uphold Google's cultural values to sustain a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage compliance, security and risk management program at the Data Center campus or related infrastructure, including site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and other physical security related issues.
+ Provide after-hours on-call management support and serve as the primary point of contact in emergent event response or crisis management.
+ Execute investigations related to Code of Conduct and business violations, including worker injuries and security incidents, and perform Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
+ Oversee security-related costs through budget, forecasting, and invoice control for the assigned campus, and assist management with financial analysis and input on security requirements.
+ Implement compliance processes aligned with Compliance, Security and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
