Daily Job Duties:

Gather project requirements, define specifications and formulating feasibility and needs/impact assessments.  Develop details project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes and develop project budget. Coordinate across multiple service teams to agree on project details include schedules and impact.  Create and manage data center capacity plans for allocated facilities in co-ordination with the Planning and Service Teams. Create rack decommissioning plans. Handle daily work through internal tooling and ticketing systems. Ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and audit trails are maintained. Documentation of activities and strict alignment to SOP’s  Review, action incoming and open tickets, prioritize work based on ticket severity.
