**Required Skills:**
Data Center Production Operations Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Perform deep dives and analyze complex technical issues within the data center, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for break fix technicians.
3. Lead/Assist with projects (new capacity as well as retrofits) and repairs throughout the data center.
4. Understand and analyze systems to debug hardware and Linux OS related issues.
5. Demonstrate leadership by identifying and helping to create documentation for the global data center knowledge base.
6. Assist with process improvements and best practices in data center operations.
7. Participate in on-call rotation and use data to drive maximum server fleet up-time and utilization rates.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Telecommunications and Network Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Networking or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a tech-related occupation
9. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
10. 1. Linux and hardware systems support in an internet operations environment
11. 2. Enterprise level networking
12. 3. Out-of-band or lights-or server communication methods
13. 4. Performing complex projects in distributed data center environment
14. 5. Python, SQL or Shell Scripting
15. 6. Working within the interdependencies of data center functions and technologies, AND
16. 7. Managing multiple projects within the same time schedule
**Public Compensation:**
$123,428/year to $146,080/year + bonus + equity + benefits
