Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
Manage, maintain, and evolve team dashboards
Automate metrics collection for the Direct Portfolio
Manage the Indirect Portfolio Program (internal customers)
Create and maintain process flow diagrams for lease renewals and other activities
Coordinate and track activities with Real Estate, Facilities, and other relevant departments
Coordinate and track lease renewals, legal activities, and projects
Vendor Management
Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly business reviews
Manage and track all open risks for vendors within the portfolio
Update Archer for all vendor activities, including business reviews, insurance certifications, and AOC's
Coordinate and conduct annual product roadmap and planning reviews for all Tier 1 / Tier 2 vendors, ensuring completion of all risk and compliance documentation
Required Skills and Experience
Experience with creating executive-focused presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate
Basic understanding of coding and APIs
Clear and concise communication skills with fluency in English
