Work 12hrs shift (0800hrs to 2000hrs and 2000hrs to 0800hrs)May require to work office hours occasionally.ITIL Process KnowledgeWOG experience Well verse in Microsoft Office
Skills Needed: Dedicated as well as hard working individual with the intercommunication skills to work at all the level of organization.Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation.Working knowledge of Data Centre Mechanical & Electrical for operation.Vendor management.Extensive knowledge garnered working as a Data Center OperatorThorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology.Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failuresGood technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.Strong written and excellent communication skills.
