Data Center Mobilization Admin
Job Description You will be joining a remote support team to assist with troubleshooting efforts for high-priority data center mobilization projects. The primary intent of the Mobilization Admin Team is to handle various administrative tasks that support the deployment efforts once a data center is Ready for Network Installation. By managing these tasks, the team aims to alleviate the administrative burden on the deployment team, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities. Responsibilities:  Cable Counts: Conducting accurate cable counts to ensure proper inventory and readiness for deployment.  RAP Drafting: Preparing and drafting Risk Assessment Plan (RAP) documents to identify and mitigate potential risks.  Cable Matrix Management: Maintaining and updating the cable matrix to track cable installations and configurations.  GDCO Queue Management: Managing the Global Data Center Operations (GDCO) queue to ensure timely processing and resolution of tasks.  Process Administration: Overseeing various administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.  Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to new GDCO RNB1.0 workflows, PNAAS/OA timelines, and other relevant metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Skills and Requirements 3+ years in a professional IT background A background in data analysis; specifically with Excel doing pivot tables, v-lookups, power queries Familiarity with networking; specifically with Cisco and Arista hardware, layer 1 installation and Optical DWDM Experience with the M365 suite, specifically MS project and Sharepoint Experience in a data center or supporting a data center null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
