Data Center Engineer
We are seeking a Data Center Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Data Center Engineer at Marsh, you will enhance operational efficiency by improving processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while providing essential server support and managing project-related changes.
We will count on you to:
Provide continuous management reporting on the status of issues and resolutions.Develop and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.Review and report on incident trending and top incidents for remediation.Communicate effectively with diverse audiences both orally and in writing.Monitor compliance with service management SLAs and provisioning SLAs.What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical infrastructure operations/Cloud environment.3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in a large cloud operations environment.Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring.Advanced Level of English is a MustWhat makes you stand out:
