Job Title: Data Center Energy Marshal Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Center Energy Marshal to oversee and coordinate various technical activities within our engineering, safety assurance, quality control, and data validation fields. Responsibilities + Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients effectively. + Recruit employees, assign tasks, direct their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. + Analyze technology resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. + Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. + Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Essential Skills + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Effective interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage one's time efficiently. + Proficiency in production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for effective manufacture and distribution of goods. + Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. + Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. + Electrical background , including shop drawing schematics comprehension, one-line design drawing comprehension, mechanical/electrical/controls. + Equipment First Time Energization background , including OSHA 30, NFPA70e, and LOTO Management. + Previous experience in data center or hyperscale build preferred. + PMI or PMP certification preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $59.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
