主な業務内容

データセンターのデューデリジェンスおよび用地選定支援コンセプト立案、ファシリティ要件定義の策定省エネルギー化・再生可能エネルギー導入に関するサステナビリティ支援プロジェクトマネジメント（進捗・課題・品質管理）国内外の設計事務所、ゼネコン、ベンダーとの技術調整・管理レポート・プレゼン資料の作成、ステークホルダーへの報告・合意形成

応募要件

データセンターのファシリティに関する5年以上の実務経験プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダーとしての経験ネイティブレベルの日本語能力ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・口頭）

ERM is seeking consultants to support the development of next-generation data centers.

In today’s business landscape, data is a key source of competitive advantage, and data centers have evolved beyond infrastructure to become strategic hubs for enterprises. Leveraging global expertise, ERM supports a wide range of clients—from major domestic corporations to cutting-edge technology firms—in solving complex challenges.

This position contributes to the advancement of social infrastructure from a sustainability perspective, including energy efficiency optimization and the integration of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Due diligence and site selection support for data centersConcept development and definition of facility requirementsSustainability support for energy-saving and renewable energy integrationProject management (progress, issue, and quality control)Technical coordination and management with domestic and international design firms, general contractors, and vendorsPreparation of reports and presentation materials; stakeholder communication and consensus building
 

Requirements:

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in data center facility managementExperience in project management or team leadershipNative-level Japanese proficiencyBusiness-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to structure complex issuesExcellent communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work autonomously while valuing teamwork
 

Nice to Have:

Certifications in architecture or facility-related fields (e.g., Architect, Building Services Engineer, Chief Electrical Engineer, Construction Management Engineer)Experience participating in meetings or client interactions in EnglishConsulting firm experienceKnowledge of major cloud platforms and IT systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
