Job Description 45-53/hr Insight Global is hiring a Data & Automation Project Manager for a large, telecommunication company in Stamford, CT. This role will be joining the Customer Operations organization within Business Integration. This team is spearheading a program governance project to streamline the customer experience when it comes to system swaps/ upgrades for their residential, apartment, and enterprise customers. This person will be responsible for project management duties while also being able to manage data work flows, process improvement, and trend analysis. Furthermore, this person will be responsible for the technical delivery: managing data feeds, establish automation (system of truth), input in building data system, standardizing processes, and change management.
