Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:
Manage the daily Services & Billing and TPP operations, to ensure execution, target and timelines are met.Monitor requests to ensure we are working to our SLAs and prioritise tasks accordinglyRegular calls with stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions and feedbackAnalyse and interpret requirements to ensure correct actions are met and investigate queries through to resolution and fix the causeManage the TPP centralization project to move activities to India and continue to work with Project team to enhance working modelRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities, initiate actions or projects for continuous improvementDevelop long term touchless solutions through analysis of the data and process automation Data Automation Hub LeadDaily management of the team which includes regular 1-2-1's, coaching sessions, monitor of absence following the attendance policy, identify poor performance and work with you to improve this, following the PFG processPlan resource throughout the month to ensure team are working towards monthly and quarter end deadlinesEnsure staff are motivated, communicated to and engaged with the values of the GFS • Update process documentationActively and regularly communicate with line manager any risks to the process and/or the team, plan and follow up on actions towards remediation/solutionSome of the operational activities this team support includes:
Service & Billing Operations :
Opening new accounts and branchesApplying pricing and fees to customers account schedulesChecking documentation is complete, quality checking credit notes and manual invoices that have been keyed and approving them in the systemInvestigating and fixing the cause of credit notesActioning account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch whilst always ensuring relevant documentation is availableChecking expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and updating our system accordinglyEnsure all audit and compliance requirements are followedTPP Operations:
Daily upload invoices to customer portalUpdate TPP Dashboard on invoice upload status & commentary on reason of any fail uploadWork with partner to onboarding new customer portal setupCommunicate with multiple stakeholder request and questionsAutomation project on bulk uploadQualifications6+ years of total experience requiredExperience in Fin-Tech backgroundProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelProcess improvement and transformationStakeholder & team managementYou will be reporting to a ManagerAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
