**Job Overview** Under guidance, provides monitoring and support of the production job flow in a multi-platform environment. **Essential Functions** + Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal tools to support data workflows. + Build and optimize data pipelines for data inflow, transformation, and QC processes. + Integrate Python scripts with SQL databases and Excel files for end-to-end automation. + Automate file retrieval from email and SFTP sources. + Support the implementation of QC and bridging enhancements. + Assist in integrating new functions with existing legacy applications. + Document technical processes and create training materials for internal use. + Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members. + Monitor automation jobs and escalate issues as needed **Qualifications** + Degree or equivalent in a technical field. + 2+ years of experience in scripting, automation, or data engineering roles. + Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Excel automation. + Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical data is an advantage. **Soft Skills & Competencies** + Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. + High attention to detail and structured thinking. + Ability to work independently and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders. + Good written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and knowledge transfer. + Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
