Role overview:

This role is a part of the GBS Data and Analytics team. We are a team of doers working passionately to apply cutting-edge advances in technology to solve real-world problems. As a data modeler, you will work directly with architects and engineers in creating and optimizing data models to translate complex business data into usable computer systems. You are expected to support the enhancement of data governance, quality, and accessibility, ultimately empowering our organization to make data-driven decisions and achieve strategic objectives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

Graduated in (Business) Informatics, IT, computer science or a related field3 + years of experience in data architecture, relational modelling and multidimensional modelling - mostly Kimball modeling, experience in data and business vault modelling is a plusProficient in SQL and in using a cloud-based data warehousing platform such as SnowflakeExperience in using data modelling platform such as Power DesignerExperience in leveraging a data dictionary platform such as Atlan or CollibraFamiliarization in master data and reference data concepts. Experience in MDM platform such as SAP-MDG is a plusWorking knowledge of data engineering activities mainly ETL pipeline developmentTechnical and business documentation writing expertiseDomain knowledge – Finance, Commercial, Consumer etc.
