**Position Sumary**
+ Accountability for Sales Administration, identifying and reporting key critical areas NPS, RIG, OG, %TT, Net Price, Customer Contribution.
+ Assure and manage a correct Total Trade Spend process (Planning, Accruals, Actuals and Payments of Commercial Conditions) through report, analysis, tracking, and proposal of corrective plans for deviations.
+ Customer Managers Support.
**A day in the life...**
+ Assure appropriate reporting for each Key Stakeholders (Key Sales Figures).
+ Lead and manage NARA project actions.
+ Follow up of manual disccounts, credit into account, TTS.
+ Maintenance of active customer list in Nesfa.
+ Follow up of Destroyer List Action plan with Team leaders.
+ Develop necessary management, process and control tools to ensure and embedding teams and regional managers development.
+ Assure proper Nesfa and Iberpricing usage and minimize issues and incidents, managing pricing incidences.
+ Follow up of agents’ commission.
+ Track Sales Team Incentives & Performance (OG and debt performance).
+ Sales Territory Management.
+ Create, coordinate and lead sales forecast process.
+ Training and support Team leaders in Account Management tools (Simu, Nesfa…).
+ Provide guidance and support on the optimization of LinkedIn Sales Navigator tool.
+ Pricing control of regional organized customers in Iberpricing.
**Are you a fit?**
+ 3-4 Years' University Degree.
+ 2+ Years experience in Administration or in Business Operations.
+ Strong analytic skills.
+ Strong Data Base skills.
+ Advanced Excel (Macros).
+ Power BI.
+ Strong knowledge of Pricing and Customer Contribution Statement.
+ Strong knowledge of SAP and all its interrelated processes Sales-Finance-Customer Service-Logistics-Accounts Payable and Receivable.
+ Strong Knowledge of Nesfa.
