The Data and Reporting Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Data and Reporting Professional 2 for the Humana Government Business Provider Network Operations team generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** 30% Performing data analytics using Access, Excel, SQL, VBA 20% Develop new methodologies to evaluate new programs/initiatives. Provide feedback to management based on your review and findings 20% Have a good understanding of Humana data warehouse and recommend new tables/fields to use when necessary. Have a good understanding of our table structure and dependencies 20% Document analytical processes, methodologies and use established best practices. 10% Monitor metric deficiencies and coordinate development of corrective action plan. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + **Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship for this role** + **Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS- National Background Investigation Services)** + HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract.
