**Summary:**
The Mission Control Workforce Solutions team is responsible for designing and delivering strategic, integrated headcount planning solutions that support business processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Automation Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven automation solutions that improve business processes and drive efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
Data and Automation Developer, Workforce Solutions Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop data-driven automation solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Python, PHP, and SQL
2. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
3. Analyze data and present insights to convince stakeholders on process changes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions
5. Develop and maintain a portfolio of data assets to support automation solutions
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions
7. Regularly learn about new automation tools and technologies and evaluate their applicability to current business challenges and opportunities
8. Lead small-scale projects or components of larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. 6+ years of experience in data analysis and programming
11. Proficiency in SQL and data schema design
12. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, PHP, or JavaScript
13. Experience identifying opportunities to apply technical solutions to solve stakeholder pain points
14. Experience communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
15. Experience working independently and leading project teams
16. Experience learning new technologies and tools independently and quickly

**Public Compensation:**
$124,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
