Data and Analytics - Strategy Lead

As a Strategy Lead, within the Data and Analytics organization, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the Strategy of the entire Data and Analytics organization and interface with senior stakeholders, leveraging a blend of analytical skills and business acumen to drive impactful results that inform strategic decisions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the creation of strategic reports and white papers that articulate various aspects of Chase-wide data strategy initiatives, synthesizing inputs from subject matter experts
+ Assist in directing Data and Analytics strategic projects aligned with the company's business objectives, driving for impact, and leading to actionable outcomes for senior leaders to take forward.
+ Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage and promote the use of data and analytics in decision-making processes.
+ Provide high-quality storytelling and material to the Senior Leadership of D&A for various forums, ensuring alignment with the CDAO's firm-wide strategy vision and support ad-hoc requests from Senior Leaders.
+ Work closely with senior leaders in Data and Analytics and other Functions to understand business needs and translate them into data-centric initiatives and align through constant engagement with stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and shaping their thinking.
+ Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner and collaborate with a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ MSc. in a scientific field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
+ 7+ years of Financial Services technology experience; 3+ years of management experience; 3+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy (in-house or top tier consulting firm)
+ Fluency in technical Data and Analytics concepts and practices, including modern tools of data management and advanced analytics, garnering respect from engineers and data scientists alike
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Experience in Cloud and Big Data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Apache Spark, etc.
+ Experience in leveraging AI/ML/Advanced Analytics/Knowledge Graphs, with actual impact.
