Make It With Pride.** The **Data Analytics Solution Lead, NA Ventures** will be responsible for driving the NA Ventures strategy, development, and delivery of data-centric products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to develop innovative data products that drive business growth and improve decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and business strategy. **How you will contribute** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Product Strategy and Vision:** Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for data and analytics initiatives. + **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. + **Data Product Development:** Oversee the design, development, and launch of data and analytics products, including dashboards, reporting tools, and data models. + **Data Strategy Implementation:** Ensure that data strategies and products are aligned with the company's broader data governance and compliance policies. + **Project Management:** Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. + **Performance Measurement:** Set product performance metrics and use data insights to continuously improve product offerings and drive user engagement. + **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data solutions. + **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the data and analytics space to drive product innovation. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). + 5 or more years of experience in product management with a focus on data and analytics + Strong understanding of data management, analytics tools, and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) + Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills + Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications + Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset + Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred + Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications is preferred + Role will be a hybrid working schedule The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
