Data Analytics Manager
**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to oversee and mentor a dynamic team of analytical professionals. This role requires advanced technical expertise combined with leadership and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trusted, data-driven insights that support our strategic business objectives. This is a role within the Procurement function and priority will be given to those with previous procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience. SAP experience is an added plus. **Key Responsibilities** **Team Leadership & Management** + Oversee the daily operations of the data analytics team including task delegation and performance reviews. + Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. **Project & Resource Management** + Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple data analysis projects in line with business goals. + Ensure the timely production and maintenance of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables. **Strategic Collaboration** + Work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable data insights. + Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. **Technical Oversight & Process Improvemen** **t** + Oversee the development and maintenance of data visualization tools and automated reporting systems. + Implement best practices in data management, quality assurance, and workflow optimization. **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement** + Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. + Support cross-functional initiatives to drive data-informed decision making across the organization. + Oversee the delivery and interpretation of complex matters made simple to a lay stakeholder audience **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in BusinessIntelligence, Statistics, Computer Science,Economics or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). + Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis with proven leadership or team management expertise. + Language: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. **Technical Skills:** + Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI) + Solid experience with statistical analysistechniques (e.g. time series analysis) + Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling best practices. + Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and data architecture is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with project management and resource planning. + Exposure to Data Engineering practices and data governance frameworks. + Familiar with Azure/Databricks or similar cloud service tools. + Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus. + Procurement or Supply Chain business acumen is a plus. + Familiarity working with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
