Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team within Bitdefender, Business Solutions Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and data scientists, driving data-driven decision-making and providing critical insights that will shape our cybersecurity strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and data scientists. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Data Strategy: Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support cybersecurity initiatives and BSG business objectives.
Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting and Visualization: Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Bitdefender Advanced Analytics team and BSG leadership team and Sales teams, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and cybersecurity. Implement innovative approaches to data analysis and problem-solving.
Integration of new business entities: design and lead the implementation of data migration to Bitdefender and integrating data flows into the Bitdefender BSG architecture.
Leverage AI tools to solve current data accuracy issues and provide fast solutions to business requirements and insights needs.
Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a data analytics role, with at least 5 years in an expert analytics position and 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of order-to-cash and lead-to-cash principles and sales operations processes.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
