Job Title: Data Analytics Lead
Compensation Range: $125,000-150,000 + 10% Bonus DOE
This role can be remote anywhere in the US.

Position Overview
As a Data Analytics Lead, you will play a hybrid role: part hands-on data analyst, part project coordinator, and part strategic partner to internal and external teams. You will own analytics workstreams, guide the development of dashboards and insights, and help connect the dots across product, engineering, and customer delivery. This is a great fit for someone with strong analytical skills who’s ready to step into more leadership and cross-functional influence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver analytics workstreams for internal initiatives and client-facing projectsWork closely with product and engineering teams to define and track key metrics, support feature validation, and inform roadmap decisionsSupport Outcomes Engineering teams by building data integration solutions, conducting deep-dives, and identifying new analytics approachesLead discovery conversations with stakeholders to scope analytics needs and frame data questionsTranslate business questions into data science approaches and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholdersAnalyze large structured and unstructured datasets using statistical, predictive, and generative techniquesDesign and execute experiments to test model performance and improve accuracy, fairness, and robustnessManage multiple analytics projects and priorities with minimal oversightPresent findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesContribute to best practices for data quality, reporting, and documentationIntegrate with and test HTTP APIs to trigger services or pull back data
Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven product or consulting rolesStrong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BIWorking knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. Knowledge of Javascript would be beneficial.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead projects, prioritize workstreams, and connect business questions to data solutionsGood working knowledge of SQL, HTTP APIs and SFTP servers. Knowledge of Cloud Warehouses such as S3, Snowflake or Redshift would be beneficial.Past experience understanding and evaluating LLM workflows, and including hallucination identification and reduction.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and customer teamsBachelors Degree in Data Analytics or a related field
Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with analytics engineering tools Familiarity with NLP and semantic analysis toolsExposure to experimentation, modeling, or statistical analysisExperience working with SaaS, digital products, or AI/ML use casesPrevious experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or startup environment
