**CTG is seeking to fill a Data & Analytics opening for our client in San Francisco, CA.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 7 months
**Duties:**
• Administer and maintain IBM Cognos Analytics environment (version 11.0 and up), including installation, configuration, security, and performance optimization
• Support Microsoft SQL Server databases (version 2012 and up), ensuring availability, performance, and security
• Manage and configure Microsoft Windows Server (2012 and up), including integration with related analytics tools
• Maintain Microsoft IIS for web-based analytics and dashboard delivery
• Monitor and support secure file transmissions between systems and vendors
• Troubleshoot system and user issues across the analytics platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization requirements
• Assist with documentation, upgrades, and compliance for the analytics environment
**Skills:**
• Strong administration skills with IBM Cognos Analytics (11.0 and above)
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database administration
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and web service deployment
• Understanding of secure file transmission protocols
• Solid SQL skills for troubleshooting, reporting, and performance tuning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
**Experience:**
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics platform administration
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SQL Server environments
• Proven background in Windows Server management and web hosting using IIS
• Prior experience handling file transfers securely and efficiently
**Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $69.00 to $76.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
