**ABOUT YOUR ROLE** : Responsible for the financial reporting, sustainability factory disclosure, material footprint, legal documents and vendor partner communications. Drive execution and responsible for initiatives that support the PSO strategies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Execute and support PSO strategies. + Drive and Build a strong team. + Oversee efficiency of operational processes. + Support the PSO team as needed. + Analyze business requirements and customer needs. + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. + Provide training & leadership to Operations Coordinator. + Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs. **QUALIFICIATIONS** : + Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience + Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in both written and oral communications **SKILLS:** + Excellent communications skills (written, oral, and presentation) required for regular interaction with senior management as well as all other levels of the organization. + Excellent leadership skills. + Must be able to manage multiple projects and set priorities in a dynamic environment. + Excellent skills on Microsoft Office & BI tools. + Experience working in a team environment. + Bilingual in English and Spanish. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** People Leader Hybrid Schedule.
