At Siemens GBS O2C in Prague or Ostrava we’re on the lookout for a a candidate with strong analytical thinking and controlling/finance background for our new US-based customer.
The Global Business Services are the backbone for the operations of Siemens units worldwide providing transactional and expert services in a wide area of functions like Accounting, Purchasing, HR, Digital solutions and many more.
You will be responsible for:
Data extraction from different tools/systems (SAP, Esprit and others) and their consolidation (xlsx) and updating various reports Create graphs and visualizations Set up and maintain automated data processes – formulas, macros Participation in transition of reporting/controlling activities Close cooperation with partners from Siemens Germany Develop and support reporting/controlling activities in order managment Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processesHere's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:
you can use English on business level and German would be advantage you have ideally 1-3 years of experience in finance/controlling you have advanced knowledge in Excel you have strong analytical skills; you are detailed oriented and enjoy working with large dataset you are willing to learn and open-minded experience with macrosImportant Note!
This job position serves a US-based client, hence the working hours are aligned with the US time zone. Successful candidates will be expected to work from 12:00 to 20:00 or 14:00 to 22:00. Please consider this schedule before applying.
