About the Team: Our Reporting Center of Excellence is seeking Data Analyst/Tableau Developers with investigative mentalities. The group ranges from junior to mid-level talent, and we're now looking to bring in a heavy hitter - someone with deep expertise, particularly in Tableau and data analytics, to set the standard. Responsibilities: * Design and develop end-to-end dashboards using Tableau, translating complex data into clear insights * Build and write custom SQL queries to support reporting needs * Define and implement reporting standards and best practices across the team * Act as a thought leader in data analysis, promoting curiosity, ownership, and process improvement * Present insights to stakeholders and support the storytelling behind the data * Pivot quickly to adapt to new priorities in a fast-moving environment Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, especially around: * IT system health (e.g., response time, errors, etc.) * Business impact analysis of system issues on customer orders * Code quality metrics * Numerous ad hoc reporting requests
