The Advanced AI & Solution Team is seeking a mid\-career Data Analyst to lead the development and execution of our Data Retention capabilities within 1LMX and across the enterprise\. **What You Will Be Doing:** As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding the team in developing and integrating Records Management and Data Governance processes through Information Lifecycle Management \(ILM\)\. You will work closely with our team to analyze business process flows, identify data inputs and outputs, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine data retention requirements\. You will also have the opportunity to apply Artificial Intelligence \(AI\) and Machine Learning \(ML\) skills to support our data retention efforts and drive business outcomes\.
