**Your Impact:**
The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
The duties and responsibilities of the **Senior Data Analyst** include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Conduct comprehensive data analysis across multiple IT systems and databases to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, enabling data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Design and develop interactive dashboards, detailed reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools to communicate complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Partner with business units and IT teams to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and uncover opportunities to leverage data for process optimization, automation, and strategic planning.
+ Contribute to the architecture, deployment, and ongoing management of scalable data management systems and workflows, ensuring that infrastructure supports current and future analytics needs.
+ Implement and maintain robust data quality frameworks, including data cleansing, normalization, validation rules, and routine audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of datasets.
+ Document data handling procedures, system workflows, metadata standards, and governance protocols to support knowledge transfer, regulatory compliance, and consistency across teams.
+ Assist in defining, tracking, and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics by aligning analytical outputs with business objectives and departmental goals.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, operations, finance, and product management-to identify data sources, map data flows, and define reporting requirements that support both strategic initiatives and daily operations.
+ Assist in developing performance metrics for incident and problem management, demonstrating effectiveness within the IT environment.
+ Collaborate closely with IT Governance, Business Resiliency, Audit, Vendors, Business Stakeholders, and Senior Management.
+ Monitor compliance with established process standards and policies, addressing gaps promptly.
**Requirements:**
+ Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in network, distributed systems, IT services, workforce technology, and/or mainframe environments.
+ Proficiency in ITIL-based Change, Problem, and Incident Management (preferred).
+ Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for managing service management processes.
+ Skilled in creating and presenting management reports and dashboards.
+ Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).
+ Basic knowledge and experience with enterprise-level monitoring tools and dashboards.
+ Fundamental understanding of ITIL principles.
+ Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday.
+ Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime if needed.
+ Ability to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 miles.
+ Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.
+ Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
**Clearance Required:**
+ Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
**Minimum Education:**
+ High School Diploma
**Minimum Years of Experience:**
+ 8 years of relevant experience
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
+ ITIL 4 Foundation - IT Service Management Certification
+ Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow
