For those who live 50 or more miles away, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance may be eligible to telework up to 100% of the time._** **_**Flexible work hours may be permitted with supervisor approval._** The primary focus of this position is to design and execute program utilization outcomes, specifically through the development of bi-annual progress reports for Adult Mental Health (AMH) providers and/or grantees reporting into the Mental Health Information System (MHIS). This role supports the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) by contributing to clinical and evaluation coordination, quality management, and performance monitoring across existing and emerging behavioral health programs for adults. The primary focus of this position is to design and execute program utilization outcomes, specifically through the development of bi-annual progress reports for Adult Mental Health (AMH) providers and/or grantees reporting into the Mental Health Information System (MHIS). This role supports the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) by contributing to clinical and evaluation coordination, quality management, and performance monitoring across existing and emerging behavioral health programs for adults. This position also plays a key role in supporting research initiatives and activities aligned with the Federal Block Grant (FBG) and other federal and/or legislative funding streams. The incumbent in this position brings specialized expertise in grant compliance, data analytics, and program evaluation to ensure effective reporting, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of behavioral health services for adults. **Minimum Qualifications** **_To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held._** Three (3) years of highly-skilled experience demonstrating expertise supporting research and data analysis.
